Tried their cold brew and cookies, and both were phenomenal. You taste the quality. The owner was also so sweet and loves what she does. Overall, it was a great experience.
We discovered The Gourmet Whaler’s Italian Hot Chocolate, and it’s amazing! We also got our now usual Whaler Burger, fish, and shrimp tacos. In the summertime, we discovered the watermelon lemonade and Frida Panda tried watermelon for the first time!
The breakfast BLT here is so textually balanced and it has the perfect bread too. Also THE COFFEE CAKE is honestly the best I’ve had. It’s perfectly squishy and it has like an unassuming addictiveness. It almost feels like it has a secret ingredient or something? It was shockingly good. I’d drive there for just that, but every thing I had here was delicious and well worth it. The people working here are also extremely kind. It’s not every day when you find a perfect trifecta of great service, delicious baked goods and food, and calm and clean atmosphere. A new favorite.
Great food and the best lattes. My favorite is their Nutella latte. Cute and cozy. Counter ordering and your food is brought to your table in takeout boxes. Not fancy but fun and every single item we ordered has been out of this world delicious!!!!
What a great little find in the small village of cold spring harbor. We stopped here on a whim for lunch and had some great food and coffee. My wife and I split the shrimp and quinoa bowl, the chicken wrap, and two tacos. I know a lot of food, and we had plenty of leftovers, lol. The tacos were fire, some of the best basic shrimp tacos I've had in a while. The bowl was also very good and had a nice Chipotle mayo. The wrap was nice and fresh. We also got coffee and cookies for dessert. The chocolate chip cookies were awesome and a must try! Definitely recommend this spot for either food, baked items, or just a cup of coffee! Enjoy!
@Nick: Best person working there. ReAlly funny and helpful. Really takes care of the customer. -Best lobster rolls on the island/NYS - both in quantity and quality. -bright spot with big windows, reasonable space in their seating area. Quirky and quaint. They have their own candy bar, make their own fudge and have a little kids area. -If you're in town this is a great place visit explore.
You can choose a table which you want and order food at the register. They serve food in the boxes, and you can enjoy at the Cafe or take it with yourself The food was really good. Cold Spring Harbor is a very beautiful place. Cafe is on Main Street. Spacious parking lot just across the street
Looked up a brunch spot, found this spot on google maps. Told my wife about it and went for brunch. We ordered the Breakfast B.L.T, Egg Avocado Wrap, Chocolate chip scorn, pumpkin pie slice and to drink it was a coffee cappuccino and the iced honey vanilla latte, everything was scrumptious and very filling. The restaurant had so much to offer such as bakery goods, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, breakfast and lunch platters, the dine in area was spacious and very clean. Customer service was super nice and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend to people near by and people who are willing to travel.
